When will I receive my order?

In general, orders received by 4 PM IST are Dispatched Next Working Day. Exceptions include Large Size Stamps & Logo & Artwork Stamps and large special orders. They require an extra day or so. If you absolutely need your order right away, include a note in the “instructions” field and select express shipping option while cheking out. Your choice will determine how long it takes your order to be delivered after we ship it.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after it’s placed?

To meet our fast turnaround times, orders are entered into production almost immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, if you realize you need to make a change to your order or cancel your order, we cannot do so unless we receive notice within 1 hour of your order being placed.
Please contact us at +91-8220048401 or e-mail us at [email protected] if you need to change or cancel your order. You will be charged the full amount of the order for any order cancelled after 1 hour.

How will I know if you received my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your order is placed.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an e-mail shipment confirmation the day your order ships.

Can I get a proof before the stamp is made?

Your stamps will be prepared as per your selected stamp template design, font & colour.
proof will be sent upon your requet. you can request for a proof in special instruction coloumn at checkout

Which graphic formats can be uploaded for stamp production?

You can upload most of the commonly known formats such as .bmp, .png, .jpg, .tif, .gif. Please make sure that the resolution of any graphic you upload is 600 dpi. If resolution is not high enough your image will be “pixelated” – ie round elements will look square. If your file is too large (more than 500 KB) we will convert it for you in order to make it up loadable. Please e-mail any such file to us on [email protected]

What is the difference between self-inking and pre-inked stamps?

Self-inking stamps flip up, hit an ink pad and flip back down. They are good for 3,000+ impressions and can be re-inked. Pre-inked stamps have the ink molded right into the wording. Pre-inked stamps are good for 10,000+ impressions and can be re-inked.

What is the difference between Common seals (Embossor seals) & regular seals?

Embossers or common seals actually crimp the paper inorder to make the letters embossed on the paper, where as a regular seal stamps make a stamped ink impression on the paper.
